This session aims to provoke consideration of how we can adapt our approaches to showing care across the current climate, which critically involves the obstacle of distance. The activity, which will involve creating seed paper, then crafting it into a letter to send to someone you care about, implicates care on multiple levels: from person to planet. It embodies sustainability through reducing waste by reusing and recycling paper. Further, both you, through investing your time to produce a gift, and your recipient, through planting and nurturing the seeds, practice care. Whilst undertaking the creative process, we will also discuss guidance and tips for combatting loneliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
